All ticket sales are final. If The All Black Xperience cancels or postpones an event, ticket holders are offered a full refund or credit toward a future date, by email within 5 business days.
Age requirements are listed on each event's ticket page; most events are 21+. Valid photo ID is required at the door.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest by forwarding your confirmation email. Names are not required to match at entry unless stated otherwise.
Outdoor or venue-dependent events may be rescheduled for safety. Ticket holders are notified by email as soon as a change is confirmed.
